Exercise together. Use this as an opportunity to enjoy one another's company and to strengthen the relationship.

GET FIT, STAY FIT

This class mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval and strength training.  It also includes various forms of abdominal exercises and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work.  The endless variety of exercises insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting.
