Mayor Brian Marl today invited all Saline residents to join him for an upcoming coffee hour to hear their questions, concerns, and ideas for moving Saline forward. In keeping with the tradition of our regular coffee hours throughout the year, this will be the first coffee hour event for 2016.
“I believe it’s critical for leaders to make themselves available to the people they represent, and this is one way of doing that,” said Mayor Marl. “I look forward to discussing a whole host of issues, in particular city finances, new economic development opportunities, and the upcoming 2016 Michigan Avenue makeover.”
David Rhoads, Mayor Pro-Tem, will be joining the Mayor for his coffee hour to talk about Henne Field, the Saline River Preserve, and making the Saline River navigable from Curtiss Park to Ford Lake in Milan. There will be ample time for questions or comments from attendees.
The coffee hour will be held on:
Monday, January 11 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Carrigan Café 101 South Ann Arbor Street #107,
Residents are encouraged to stop by; no reservations required. To share a question or concern with the Mayor, Saline residents can email him at [email protected], call him at 734-272-3654, or connect with him on Facebook
