City Seeks Broker RFPs for industrial Park Property Sales

The City of Saline is seeking proposals from real estate brokers/firms to sell real property located in the Edward F. Redies Industrial Park, Donald E. Shelton Industrial Park, Sauk Trail Business Park, and other properties located within the corporate limits of Saline.  It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful broker/firm, enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City to supply real estate services.


Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Saline on or before Friday January 11, 2013, at 3:00 PM at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Sealed proposals are to be delivered to:

The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Real Estate Broker Services” on or before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2013 To be considered, firms must submit a complete response to the RFP in the form requested.  Firms not responding to items requested in the RFP or indicating exceptions to such items may have their submittals rejected.  The City of Saline reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any parts thereof, or to waive any informality or defect in any bid if it is in the best interest of the City of Saline. All proposals, plans, and other documents submitted shall become the property of the City of Saline. Responses to this RFP are considered public information and are subject to discovery under the Freedom of Information Act.
