The third annual Saline Winterfest takes place Saturday, Jan. 26 in downtown Saline and at Henne Field. The event is being organized by Saline Main Street.

Today we continue our countown to Winterfest.

Reason #4: Kids Games & Crafts

Bloomberg Businessweek named Saline as Michigan's best place to raise kids. It's easy to see why when you consider how much Saline Winterfest offers kids.

One place you'll want to bring your kids Saturday is 108 E. Michigan Ave., the former home of the Spotted Dog Winery. Bank of Ann Arbor and the Saline Rec Center are hosting type games (with prizes) and crafts for kids from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.. There will also be facepainting and balloon animals.

Visit Saline Main Street's website to see the full schedule of events.
