Saline Area Players announces their 2019-2020 season and it is an enchanted one! Our season will kick off this fall with our show “The Truthful Tall Tale” at the Rentschler Farm barn on October 6 at 1 and 3PM. Admission to the farm gives you access to the days’ activities including our show.

Next, is our family favorite holiday show. This year Saline Area Players will perform “A Fairytale Christmas Carol.” Auditions for this show will be held at The Fifth Corner located at 211 Willis Rd. in Saline on Saturday, September 14 from 9-11:30AM. Adults and children ages 6 and older are invited to audition! Shows will be held at The Fifth Corner on December 5-8.

Our spring show will be Cinderella's Glass Slipper the Musical! Auditions for this show will be in January with performances in April.

Finally, we will offer “A Week with Shakespeare” theater workshop in June. Students in grades 6-12 are invited to attend. There will be more information about this workshop to come this spring.

Our enchanted season is full of interesting characters, magical storylines, and fun for a cast and audiences of all ages. We invite you to join us on stage, or in the audience. More details and audition information are on our website at www.salineareaplayers.org.

For more than forty years, the Saline Area Players have been providing quality community theater right here in Saline. Aside from the musicals, drama, comedy and dinner theater, SAP also participates in Saline events such as Rentschler Farm Days, Saline Annual Christmas Holiday Celebration and other local happenings. With the support of neighbors and friends, SAP continues to be a contributing part of the Saline community. Whether onstage or behind the scenes, being a part of the Saline Area Players is a genuinely rewarding experience for all walks of life. SAP has been providing Community Theater for the Entire Family since 1972.
