Saint Joseph Mercy Urgent Care in Saline Offers Occupational Health Services

The Saint Joseph Mercy Saline urgent care center center is now offering a bevy of occupational health services.

The center, located in the Country Creek Plaza at Moon Road and Michigan Avenue, has been offering non-emergency health services to Saline area residents since opening after Saint Joseph Mercy closed the emergency room at the old Saline Community Hospital.

Medical professionals at the urgent care center treat sprains, cold and flu, wounds requiring stitches, ear infections, rashes and more. They also provide sports physicals, lab draws, x-rays and other diagnostic imaging.

The new occupational health services include:

  • Department of Transportation physicals.

  • Pre-employment physicals.

  • Urine analysis.

  • X-rays.

  • Job placement assessments.

  • Functional capacity assessments.

  • Urine drug screens.

  • Alcohol breath testing.

The urgent care center is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily. The lab is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 7 a.m. to noon, on Saturday.
