Matwork Pilates uses techniques of Pilates and yoga for a well-rounded workout. This class is low impact and will challenge you from the grounjd up. Posture and stabilization are tested with stretching, low-impacted movements and by focusing on your breathing for a more efficient you! Walk away feeling more toned, lengthened, and strong.
