Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an evidence-based 8-week course designed to develop emotional resilience and enhance emotional well-being and to build skill in responding to difficult moments with understanding and self-care.  Developed by Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer at the UCSD Medical School, the MSC course develops skills for self-care and  for living with more ease.  The course meets Sundays, 2:30 to 5 pm, Sept 23-Nov 18 with a free one-hour introductory session Sept 16 at 2:30.  Please register with Paulette.  The course fee is $400 and includes a half-day retreat (Nov 3 in Saline), a work book, and recorded guided meditations.

Up to 25 CEs are available for mental health professionals.
