Register for one or both days - the more consistently you exercise, the better!  This is a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. You will increase your flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is full of low-impact, high quality  exercises.
