The Summer Music Series – a free, outdoor concert series brought to you by Saline Main Street, continues this Thursday, August 16 at 7 pm.
This week the series features Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic. America’s premier youth fiddling show band astounds audiences every time the group takes the stage. The musicians, all from Saline High School, present an energetic and polished show that features a diverse range of music from American folk, fiddle, bluegrass, jazz, western swing and Celtic traditions. Spirited vocals and Appalachian step dancing combine with the instrumentals to create an unforgettable live performance.
This week’s concert will be held on North Ann Arbor Street in downtown Saline. The series is free to all guests and highlights a wide variety of cultured musicians.
In addition to the spectacular music, guests can enjoy downtown Saline’s favorite eateries and unique shops. The goal of Summer Music Series is to bring people to our downtown, both from our local community and beyond. Feel free to bring your friends and enjoy a nice summer evening in downtown Saline!
