The Summer Music Series – a free, outdoor concert organized by Saline Main Street, starts Thursday, June 15th, 2017 at 7:00 pm on S. Ann Arbor Street in Downtown Saline. This weekly series, held all summer long, promises to bring a crowd-pleasing concert each week. In addition to the spectacular music, you can enjoy downtown Saline’s favorite eateries and unique shops. Feel free to bring your friends and enjoy a nice summer evening in downtown Saline. Two concerts will be held on the North Side of Ann Arbor Street on June 22nd and July 13th. All Summer Music Series concerts begin at 7:00 pm. The series is free to all and highlights a wide variety of cultured musicians.
This year’s lineup includes genres such as Blues, Celtic, Classic Rock, Bluegrass and Country! The following list shows the dates and performers for each concert:
June 15 – The Forte Band f. LaShera Moore – Blues
June 22 – Saline Fiddlers Philharmonic (North Side of Ann Arbor Street)
June 29 – Appleseed Collective – New Bluegrass
July 6 – Alan Turner – Country
July 13 – Brother Crowe – Celtic (North Side of Ann Arbor Street)
July 20 – Leverage – Classic Rock
July 27 – Hullabaloo – World Music
August 3 – Miles Nielsen & The Rusted Hearts –Rock/Pop
August 10 – The Invasion – British Invasion
August 17 – Saline Area Schools Pep Rally followed by Saline Big Band
August 24 – Open Mic Night
