Downtown Saline likely to look like a Spielberg movie set this October as Star Wars is chosen for 2018 theme.

The theme for the 2018 Saline Scarecrow Contest has been set and it's sure to please "the force" residing in all of us.  Be prepared for downtown Saline to start looking a lot like a Steven Spielberg movie set come October as the theme for 2018 will be Star Wars!

Entries can be anything from characters (Luke, Leia, Yoda, Rey...), to animals (would Chewbacca be a character or an animal?!), to mechanical objects (Millennium Falcon, ATAT, Death Star,...) or anything else Star Wars related that your creative talents can come up with.

Entries will be accepted between September 21st and October 21st.  All entries should be delivered to Borer Family Chiropractic for official photos, approval and staging before they will be brought downtown.  "Scarecrows" will be displayed downtown Saline from October 1st through the 31st.  Downtown businesses that choose to participate may display their scarecrows directly in front of their business.

All that want to enter need to register.  Which can be done quickly and easily online here:  http://www.borerchiro.com/saline-scarecrow-contest/registerforcontest2018.html.
