I was born and raised in Saline and work part time as a teaching assistant at University of Michigan Medical School, where I teach medical students to better communicate with their patients. I also work as an assistant floral designer right here in downtown Saline at Maureen’s Designs.
As a City Council member, I will collaborate with the fine team we have advocating for us at city hall: staff, mayor and other city council members. I have experience working for the City of Saline serving on the Zoning Board of Appeals and the and Arts & Culture Committee. During my years of service, I have become familiar with our city's workings and will quickly be able to contribute during my City Council term.
I am so proud of our city for its excellent public services and recent investment in downtown infrastructure! I’m looking forward with energy and optimism to serving my neighbors as your newest city council member.
