Celebrate National Pizza Day in Saline Michigan!

If you enjoyed National Cheese Pizza Day back in September, you're gonna love today!

Each year on February 9, we celebrate National Pizza Day. Any kind of pizza. Thick crust or thin, marinara sauce or something more or less exotic. Gluten free if your diet calls for that. And sky's the limit on toppings, over many varieties of cheese, extra cheese — or no cheese at all.

But where do you start?

Eastgate Saline has great options for those who'd like their pizzeria-made pizzas delivered, for pick-up, and bistro-style dining.

In addition, you may want to check out the personal pizza available at Subway in The Oaks shopping plaza. Or maybe you fancy something frozen that you can bake at home: CVS and Dollar General have got you covered.

At the other end of the spectrum, Busch's Fresh Food Market is stocked and ready to support anyone inclined to indulge pizza-making from a recipe of their own.

Last but not least, don't forget that Emagine Theatre offers its own pizza hot from their stone-fire oven as part of a complete luxury entertainment experience.

Need a little more temptation? Here's the video we did last year for #NationalCheesePizzaDay in Saline to light the first sparks of imagination.

Post Script

Being mindful of the epic #SalineSnow2018 snowfall that's literally upon us as we publish this article, please be careful if you choose to go out on a pizza run — and be patient with drivers when ordering for delivery.

We're also comfortable with anyone who wants to take a "rain check," waiting to celebrate #NationalPizzaDay until tomorrow or the next day. Safety First!
