Genevieve B. Hale, Age 91, passed away on December 13, 2012 at the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital after a short illness.
She was born May 21, 1921 in Detroit, the daughter of Stanislaus and Barbara (Zymula) Solak. On August 31, 1946 in Detroit, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, she married Raymond P. Hale and he preceded her in death on October 22, 1992. Genevieve was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Saline,and worked as a registered nurse in Detroit. She also managed the office at Hale Plastic Molds for many years.

Saline City Hall will be CLOSED on Monday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 25, 2012 due to the Christmas Holiday; regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, December 26, 2012.
The City of Saline is seeking proposals from real estate brokers/firms to sell real property located in the Edward F. Redies Industrial Park, Donald E. Shelton Industrial Park, Sauk Trail Business Park, and other properties located within the corporate limits of Saline. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful broker/firm, enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City to supply real estate services.
