After splitting its first set, the Lady Hornets were undefeated the rest of the way.
In their first chance to make a statement since taking second at last year’s state championship meet, the Lady Hornets were loud and clear at the Brett Clement Bath Invitational Saturday.
The Hornets easily won the event, setting a team record with 28 points, as all seven girls brought home medals.
Andrew Kitto, Grant Praschan and Dylan Jennings finished in the top 10 for Saline.
Kevin Gross rushed for four touchdowns in Saline's big victory.
