City of Saline Mayor Brian Marl invited residents to join him for a coffee and conversation event from 10-11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 12, at Carrigan Cafe, 101 S. Ann Arbor St.

It is Marl's fourth coffee hour of 2017.

"As is my custom, I will discuss a number of important issues that have a direct bearing on our citizens' quality of life," Marl said. "However, my main focus will be our infrastructure needs, specifically the city's recently established sidewalk program. As such, I will be joined by (city) staff to ensure we have a detailed and thoughtful discussion on this topic, which is critical to our community's wellbeing."

Residents are encouraged to stop by. No reservation is required. Residents who attend are encouraged to stay downtown for the Saline Farmers Market and Saline Summerfest activities.

Ear Candy's picture

Stick around after the Mayor's Coffee hour and hear EAR CANDY!  We will be performing at the Carrigan Cafe shortly after the Mayor of Saline speaks!  Ear Candy is fun group of three ladies with many classic songs from the 20s through the 70s including fan favorite Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, a Motown Medley, songs from the Beatles, Carpenters, Linda Ronstadt, Frank Sinatra, and many more. And we can't forget our Disney Medley for the young at heart. We hope to see you there!
