Today Mayor Brian Marl invited all Saline residents to join him for two upcoming coffee hours, his second and third for 2017.
“During these coffee hours I will discuss a number of important issues that have a direct bearing on our citizens’ quality of life,” said Mayor Marl. “However, my main focus will be on meeting the City’s infrastructure needs. As such, I will be joined by several members of our outstanding staff, to ensure that we have a detailed and thoughtful discussion on this topic, which is so critical to our community’s wellbeing. In keeping with my tradition of inviting individuals or groups to talk about time-sensitive information, we will welcome representatives from Fisher House to discuss their plans to assist veterans and their families in the Washtenaw County area. This is a dynamic organization, and I know they look forward to sharing their plans with our residents.”
The coffee hours will be held on:
- Friday, April 28, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saline City Hall, 100 N. Harris St.
- Tuesday, May 23, 3 to 4:30 p.m., Saline District Library Brecon Room, 555 N Maple Rd.
Residents are encouraged to stop by; no reservations required. Light refreshments will be served.
