CORONAVIRUS: Washtenaw County Death Toll Reaches 100

The COVID-19 death toll in Washtenaw County has reached 100.

The count reached 100 in Wednesday's county health department report and remained there on Thursday. There are three more deaths county officials believe are likely caused by COVID-19.

The number of hospitalizations remains at 373. There have been 1,346 people with lab-confirmed cases and 1,101 have recovered.

There have been 71 people in Saline's 48176 zip code with lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The State of Michigan reported 25 deaths today, bringing the total to 5,595.

The CDC reported 827 new deaths across the country as the total climbed to 107,029.
