Understand what your mind is up to and learn how to better manage thoughts, emotions and sensations. Introduction to Mindfulness
Tuesdays, January 10, 17, & 24, 2017 (3-week course) 10:00 am to Noon
Start your mindfulness journey with a three-week introduction class and begin to experience the physical, emotional and health benefits that it can bring. Cost: $150 (includes book)
Saturday, February 4, 2017, 9:00 am to Noon
Are you “reacting” to your children rather than “responding” to them? This workshop is designed to introduce parents (of any age children) to a more mindful style of parenting.
Cost $50.00 per person or $75.00 per couple.
Exploring Mindfulness for Self Improvement
Wednesdays, March 15, 22 & 29, 2017 (3-week course), 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
In this course, we will look at ways in which our own minds help and hinders our lives, study how the practice of mindfulness leads to self-improvement and learn how to set and reach goals. Cost $150.00 (includes book)
