In the age of Covid19 and with full awareness that community spread is happening in Michigan, we are taking measures to keep all of our clients and staff members safe and healthy, while continuing to provide counseling services that are sorely needed during this pandemic. Still Waters Counseling will remain open for business, but we will be conducting all of our counseling sessions on-line starting March 25th.  Sessions will be offered by secure HIPPA compliant videoconferencing or phone for those without online access. Psychological testing sessions will continue to be held in office with multiple health and safety protocols in place for clients and staff alike.
All sessions currently scheduled remain in place. In-person sessions scheduled until March 24th will be held. However, clients are asked to remain home if they or a family member are sick or have traveled outside the United States or to California, Colorado, New York, Massachusetts, Washington, Washington D.C., or Florida in the past 2 weeks. Still Waters is asking for courtesy toward your providers by giving at least 24- hour notice if you need to cancel your session for any reason.
Providers will be contacting their clients with instructions on how to set up online visits. New client appointments are available and currently being offered via online secure videoconferencing. We are here to serve the community by continuing to provide mental health services during these difficult times. Still Waters does accept most major insurances and most insurance providers are paying for telebehavioral health sessions at this time.
