Marian L. Allmand, age 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2019 in Saline, MI.  She was born on July 28, 1927 in Saline, the daughter of Aaron and Bertha (Finkbeiner) Feldkamp.  

On July 22, 1950, she married Charles M. Allmand in Ann Arbor. Marian graduated from Saline High School in 1944. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Ann Arbor and the United Methodist Women and Miriam Circle since 1951. Member of Waterman Alumnae Group, was a volunteer for Motor Meals of Ann Arbor from 1975-2005 and a volunteer for the American Red Cross.

She was happy being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. Surviving are three children, Barbara (Michael) Bolton of Grosse Pointe Woods, David (Patricia) Allmand of Tampa, FL and Catherine (Scott) Pardon of Ann Arbor; five grandchildren, Jeffrey (Bridget) Bolton, Sarah (Joseph) Borgesen, Kevin Pardon, Cara Pardon and Hayley Marian Allmand; three great-grandchildren, Nolan, Mya and Melanie Bolton. Also survived by sister-in-law Tudy Reeves and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Chuck, her parents Aaron and Bertha, brothers Willard (Arleen) Feldkamp and Leon (Lois) Feldkamp, sisters Ellen (Albert) Easudes and Sylvia (Elmer) Kalmbach, and sister-in-law Joanne (John) Reeves.

A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Ann Arbor on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. A reception will follow the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 120 S. State St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 or Evangelical Homes of Michigan, 34024 W. 8 Mile Rd.
