Warren Rentschler, 95, Lived on Saline's Rentschler Farm

Warren Rentschler, 95, of Saline, Michigan, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Hertler Rentschler. He is survived by two daughters, Barbara (James) Hassell and Ann Pradel; two grandsons, Ian Hassell and William Pradel; his brother and sister in law, Allen and Florine Rentschler, his sister in law, Beverley Rentschler, and many nieces and nephews.

During most of their lives they lived at the Rentschler Farm in Saline. Today, the farm is owned by the City of Saline and maintained by the Saline Historical Society as a museum of early twentieth century farm life.

Warren was a long-standing member of the Rotary Club of Saline. He and his wife were members of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Saline.  He also enjoyed bowling and golfing.

A memorial service will be held at a future date in the summer of 2020.
