The Saline Police Department is hiring a full-time officer. The vacancy was created when Officer Dave Ringe became the the school resource officer serving Saline Area Schools in the City of Saline.

The City of Saline is seeking applicants for the full time position of police officer. The successful applicant will join a supportive, professional team dedicated to community oriented policing and traffic safety. Applicants must be Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) certified or certifiable, possess a minimum of 60 college credits, and be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation. The City of Saline is approximately 4.3 sq. miles with 9,200 residents, has a thriving downtown and business community, and outstanding public schools and municipal parks. Starting pay is $27.68 hour ($57,574 annually) with a comprehensive benefit package. The City of Saline is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
