Internet services were interrupted at some Saline Area Schools Tuesday afternoon.

Superintendent Scot Graden said the internet was down at Pleasant Ridge and Harvest elementary schools and Saline High School. According to Graden, the outage was caused by construction work across from the Saline District Library on Maple Road. The school district's fiber internet from the Washtenaw Intermediate School District runs along the railroad track. Graden said internet service should be restored this evening.
