The SWWC at Saline Culinary Arts Program Placed 8th at the National Competition

The South and West Washtenaw Consortium's culinary arts program placed eighth in the National Restaurant Association's national competition April 29 in Charleston, S.C.

Saline placed eighth out of 48 teams representing schools from all over the United States.

Madison Robison, Emma Keeler, Austin Hannah, Kiersten Garrett and Laura Wilson competed for Saline. They were led by technician Polly Brown and Chef Instructor Sam Musto.
