GYMNASTICS: Saline Posts Season High Score At Adrian

Saline's gymnastics team posted a season high score of 137.8 to place third at the South Central Gymnastics League Championships at Adrian High School. Tecumseh won with a score of 140.85.

Saline finished third in the final conference standings.

Megan Mulligan was Saline's best in the all-around, finishing sixth with a score of 34.75. She was followed by Charlotte Peterson (eighth, 34.175) and Sarah Finkiewicz (9th, 33.975).

Mulligan was runner up on the beam with a score of 9.25. Valentine Urrea, 8.425, was 10th and Peterson, 9.075, was fifth.

Lisa Heider was runner up on the bars with a season-high score of 8.95. Finkiewicz, 8.375, was eighth, and Mulligan, 8.075, was 10th.

On the vault, Peterson, 8.825, was seventh, Sarah McLaughlin, 8.8, was eighth, and Jordan Raft, 8.775, was ninth.

Mulligan also finished eighth on the floor with a score of 8.775.
