The Saline girls varsity soccer team clinched the SEC Red conference by defeating Ann Arbor Huron on the road Tuesday night. Annika Dahlmann and Tate Robison scored as Saline defeated Huron, 2-0, to improve to finish the SEC season 8-0-2.
It is Saline’s 5th straight SEC Red championship.
Annika Udrys made several saves for the shutout.
Dahlmann put the Hornets up 1-0 with a spectacular header on a corner kick by Genesis Pena. Robison scored the insurance goal in the second half from 20 yards. Nora Udrys assisted.
