Saline wrestler Brent Marvin looks cool as can be while pinning his Jackson opponent in just 24 seconds.

Saline swept a couple of matches in an SEC quad at Saline High School Wednesday. The Hornets continued their march to a potential SEC Red title with a convincing 62-9 victory over Monroe. Then the Hornets defeated Jackson 66-12.

Against the Trojans, Brent Marvin, Harrison Hill, Joshua Brannan, Zach Sabin, Colton Watson and Brett Thornell won by forfeit.

Winning by pin were Clayton Jarvey, 125 pounds, at 5:20; Luke Hoyt, 135 pounds, 0:23;  and CJ Kraft, 160 pounds, 0:52. Cade Gilless, 171 pounds, won by Tech Fall. Kolton Malinczak, 130 pounds, won by a 7-0 decision.

Winning by pin against Jackson were Brett Thornell, 112 pounds, 1:40; Jaden Malinczak, 119 pounds, 1:42; Kolton Malinczak, 130 pounds, 3:54; Luke Hoyt, 140 pounds, 2:56; Adam Singer, 145 pounds, 5:34; Harrison Hill, 152 pounds, 3:09; CJ Kraft, 160 pounds, 3:39; Cade Gilless, 171 pounds, 23 seconds, Joshua Brannan, 189 pounds, 1:01; and Brent Marvin, 103 pounds, 24 seconds.

Zach Sabin, 215 pounds, won by a 7-6 decision, and Clayton Jarvey, 125 pounds, won a 12-3 major decision.
