Storm Warning: Saline Schools Closed Wednesday as 3-6 Inches Snow Expected

Saline Area Schools will be closed Wednesday with a winter storm expected to drop three to six inches of snow.

A winter weather advisory went into effect Tuesday night and is expected to stay in effect until Wednesday night. The forecast calls for three to six inches of snow. The National Weather Service advisory warns the morning commute could be difficult due to hazardous conditions. The evening commute could be worse - with even heaver snow expected.

As of 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, about an inch of snow had accumulated.
