Betty L. Ormsby, age 85, passed away on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at the Saline Evangelical Home. She was born Dec. 4, 1926 in Saline, the daughter of Henry and Florine (Ellis) Ormsby.Betty was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saline and was also a volunteer at the Saline Hospital.Survivors include her sister Dorothy Hiser, a sister-in-law Bernadette Ormsby, sister-in-law Edith Ormsby, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Saline, with Rev. William F. Natsis, officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Saline. Contributions may be made to the Church.
