Field Hockey: Dexter 2, Saline 0
Saline’s varsity field hockey team fell 2-0 at Dexter Monday.
The Hornets have gone three games without scoring and goal and need to break out. In junior varsity action, Saline defeated Dexter 1-0.
Emily White Fires an Ace as Saline Takes Second
Emily White fired a hole-in-one enroute to a 73 and Saline finished second with a 329 – its second best score in eight years -- as the Hornets placed second at Brighton Monday.
Soccer: Saline 0, Brighton 0
The Saline varsity soccer team didn’t win. But they’re still undefeated. The Hornets battled to a 0-0 tie at Brighton Saturday. Saline is 2-0-1 this season and his home Tuesday night. In junior varsity action, Saline and Brighton struggled to a scoreless tie. In freshman action, Saline skunked Brighton, 7-0.
