Another Washtenaw County resident has died from COVID-19 and two more were hospitalized, according to data updated by the Washtenaw County Health Department Wednesday.
The number of dead now stands at 109. 391 county residents have been hospitalized.
There were 29 new lab-confirmed cases reported Wednesday, bringing the total to 1,749. The number of recoveries increased by 19 to 1,406.
There were two more cases in Saline's 48176 zip code, taking the total to 116.
There were four new deaths in Michigan, adding to a toll that has reached 6,085. The state recorded 891 new cases - the highest new total since May 14.
Hospitalization data seems to be trending upward. The number of inpatients increased by 13 to 428 - the highest number seen since June 8. The number of patients in critical care increased by 14 to 204, the highest number since mid-June. The number of patients on ventilators fell by two to 107.
