CORONAVIRUS: Zero New Deaths, One Hospitalization in Today's Washtenaw County Data
There were no new deaths and one hospitalization in COVID-19 data updated by the Washtenaw County Health Department Thursday.
In fact, the total of deaths in Washtenaw County declined by one to 109. There have been eight deaths since the week ending June 6.
The number of hospitalizations stands at 404.
The county reported 18 new lab-confirmed cases for a total of 1,908. There were 38 new recoveries, bringing the total to 1,574.
Saline's 48176 zip code had two of the new lab-confirmed cases, bringing the total to 128.
Michigan reported seven deaths - with six of them coming from a review of vital records. Michigan has seen 6,148 COVID-19 deaths so far. Michigan also reported 699 new confirmed cases.
In terms of Michigan's hospitalization data, the recent trend upward came to an end, for the time being. The number of inpatients fell by seven to 493. The number of patients in critical care fell by 23 to 214. The number of patients on ventilators fell by 10 to 120.
