There were no new deaths and one new hospitalization in COVID-19 data updated Thursday afternoon by the Washtenaw County Health Department.
112 Washtenaw County residents have died as a result of COVID-19 data thus far. The death count hasn't moved since July 30. Of the 112 deaths in Washtenaw County, 11 have come since June 1.
So far, 426 Washtenaw residents have been hospitalized.
There were 15 new lab-confirmed cases, bringing the total 2,173. The number of recoveries increased by 21 to 1,848.
The number of cases in Saline's 48176 zip code decreased by two to 144.
The State of Michigan reported 26 new deaths, 17 of which were added after a review of vital records, bringing Michigan's COVID-19 death toll to 6,247. There were 722 new confirmed cases.
Hospitalization data tracking at the state level seems to have stalled.
