The National Weather Service in Detroit has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Southeast Michigan in effect until 9 p.m., Wednesday.
Scattered thunderstorms could bring damaging winds and heavy rainfall. Urban areas may experience flash flooding.
Isolated thunderstorms are also possible Thursday.
