10am to 3pm Kinderplatz! pony rides, inflatables, crafts and characters;
11am to 1pm Firemen’s Chili Challenge pairs a Saline Firefighter + Culinary Arts Students
12:30pm to 1:30 pm New Horizon German Band
1:30 pm to 2:00 pm Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader?
2:00pm – 3:00pm Saline Fiddlers
3:00pm to 3:30 pm Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?

Bier Garten – a great lineup of German & domestic brews & favorite German Fare and More! Saline-Lindenberg Friendship Committee’s German fare including brats, sauerkraut and potato salad. Other food options include Mangiamo's pizza, Brecon Grille's corned beef briscuit and sauerkraut, Downtown Diner's burritos, Kiwanis Club's hots dogs and pulled pork, Bayou Billy's soda and Bavarian nuts, and Saline-Lindenberg's bratwurst.
