Online Community @ The Saline Post for Week of Jan 28, 2018
An appeal for financial assistance to train a service dog that will help a family here in Saline resulted in both generous donations and improved understanding.

The article most frequently commented upon in The Saline Post this week was titled "Your Help Is Needed to Train a Service Dog for a Saline Child." Beyond this, the associated GoFundMe page provides another barometer of reader impact for the story.

"Man Sentenced 7-20 Years in Drunk Driving Death of Jacob Rauguth" stirred up responses from a number of perspectives for a similar write-up on mLive, but not so much on this site.

A brand new sub-forum was opened as well. Titled "Music & Art," the first thread was titled "Nostalgia: Music from High School Dances" — and included links to samplings online.

Perhaps we'll see some additional varieties from Saline High School classes that graduated in the 1980s with the upcoming SnowBlast celebration less than a week away.

Goodnight, Tran.
