Create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind keepsake in memory of a beloved pet or loved one during this hands-on glassmaking experience at epiphany studios.
With guidance from the studio’s artists, you’ll create your own colorful round or heart-shaped memorial paperweight using 2,000-degree molten glass.
A small portion of cremation ashes can be incorporated into the glass, permanently encasing them within your piece. You may also choose to create a memorial sculpture without ashes as a meaningful way to honor someone special.
After a demonstration covering the process, tools and safety guidelines, you’ll select your colors from a wide variety of options and take your turn at the glass-blowing bench.
You’ll help turn the steel rod, shape the molten glass and use traditional glassmaking tools as your memorial piece comes to life.
Once complete, your piece will cool for more than 24 hours and can be engraved with an inscription of your choice. Finished pieces will be available for pickup the following week.
No previous glassmaking experience is necessary.
The epiphany studios team will guide you through every step, creating an experience that is both memorable and deeply personal.

Sunny, with a high of 66 and low of 43 degrees. Sunny in the morning, partly cloudy in the afternoon and evening, clear overnight.
Long overdue for change at city hall and that starts with the Mayor. I’m voting for McVey!
The challenger for the Mayors role was on the Saline Area School Board for many years. When he joined the Board, The Saline Area School District was the #7 rated High School in the State. While he served in Leadership of the School Board, the High School fell thirteen places to 20th.
Come on man, Michigan has approx 1,259 high schools. A drop from 4 to 17 is insignificant in these subjective rankings. Saline is still very much a top notch school, for you to say otherwise is unreasonable
