Is it too much for a citizen of 30 years to expect the city to keep the streets reasonably clean? Numerous FORECASTED storms and DPW does the absolute minimum to clear drains and curb cuts . Weeds growing in the street that obstructs proper drainage EVERY YEAR.
I have a FULL yard waste can (just this week) that is all off the street and dirty city trees on the extension. Im a senior citizen who constantly cleans the street in front of my property while DPW drives by and does nothing to prevent flooding from clogged storm drains. We pay our ridiculous taxes in full and on time and services keep getting worse!
Sick of city hall doing nothing!
I bet Russell street is nice and clean for the Mayor.
