Online Community @ The Saline Post for Week of Feb 18, 2018
The Forums this week gave further proof to the obervation that people will never run out of things to talk about so long as there's the weather.

Setting aside a bit of suspected SPAM this round, two articles received reader Comments this week: "Lil' SAINTS Preschool Accepting Students" and "Saline sophomore Conor Waterman wins national 'Yes I Can' award."

On the Forums, a new thread was started in General discussion drawing attention to the "Unusual amount of loose asphalt/road crack filler spotted this winter."

From that point on, it was all about flood waters in Saline.

In Photography, Tran Longmoore flew his latest drone high over Curtiss Park, West Michigan Avenue, and Mill Pond to provide a unique perspective on ground-level impact of the rains we had last week. (Also see product endorsement for Mavic Pro.)

He then supplemented his own work with a new thread in Saline History titled "Art Hagen's Video of 1950s Flooding in Saline."

Before signing off, I need to let you know that other obligations will keep me from providing a weekly summary next Sunday. All the more reason for others to step up with Comments and Forum contributions, right?

Goodnight, Tran.
