Books print in single and two-color text and up to five colors for covers and inserts. Our knowledgeable team members work with seasoned publishers,first time self publishers and everything in between. We offer short run digital print services and packages that include design and marketing materials. What would you be doing if you weren't running your business? Spending more time working out and reading.
Did anyone else play a big role your decision to start a business? My father started the business. The risk he took to found a company based on the principle that every person's contribution makes a difference, is an inspiration.
How many years have you been in business? 38
Why did you decide to go into this business? I grew up in the business and have seen the difference that books can make in peoples lives.
How many employees do you have? 150
Who is your longest-serving employee (with years served, if you wish)? We have two employees that have been with us 37 years.
Describe a moment in your business life that makes all the hard work “worth it." Our customers' pleasure when the receive their finished book and the knowledge of all that the M&G team did to make it happen.
What do you love about going to work each day? The people I work with and the unique talents they have. Plus the dedication they have to our customers.
What cool new products or services are you offering? Short run digital book packages (design and layout services, printed books and corresponding marketing materials).
