Certainly not your fault Tran. The city needs to realize that just because they forewarned us on social media doesn’t make it acceptable. Water and sewer rates were increased significantly 2 years ago to fund much needed repairs and upgrades at the WWTP and yet we still have issues that city council brushes off. Saline smells..literally.

Not to mention that the “much needed repairs and upgrades” were due to many years of city government’s neglect! We still have brown water, we still have the stench and are still paying outrageous rates. Hurry up and wait. Ridiculous
