Join us for our first meeting of our new gardening book club - all shades of green thumbs are welcome!
There is no set title to read each month, but recommended reading lists will be provided so you can read titles as we go. Plus, we’ll have speakers or an activity centered on the monthly topic.
This first session will feature Advanced Master Gardener Cheryl English, who will give a presentation on bringing native species into your garden. At the end of the presentation, book recommendations will be made.
We will meet on the last Wednesday of each month.

This sound cruel on the surface. Landlords have rights too, they also have expenses. Does the city inspect these properties like the surrounding cities do ? Once your lease expires ask for a new lease otherwise you are month to month. Either party can give the other party thirty day notice to move out.
This is the unintended consequence of a government becoming more authoritarian and more punitive. Think about it. Would you keep a tennant on your property if they were involved with the city in suing you? Law suits are painful.
Tenants should have been moved out a long time ago. Some apartments don’t have running water or heat. It is my understanding that tenants shave not paid rent for the last year because conditions were so bad.
Sunny, with a high of 57 and low of 31 degrees. Sunny during the morning, cloudy for the afternoon and evening, clear overnight.
I liked much of what Bret Pollington had to say. However, in his earlier interview with Tran he stated that he's firmly opposed to maintaining the Mill Pond Dam, "full stop". So a vote for Bret is a vote against the dam.
Thanks for the post as you have confirmed my thoughts, all candidates are of the liberal persuasion ! Makes me very glad that my choice for my family was York Township and not the city.
