Join us for our 4th Annual Health Fair! UofM Visiting Nurses Home Care Flu Program will provide flu shots again this fall. Bring your Medicare or insurance card. Visit vendors from healthcare organizations, senior living and skilled care facilities, as well as pharmacies and therapy centers - many resources all in one place! Attend to learn more about local providers in the community, in addition to programs and services available at SASC. For a flu shot, please call SASC to make an appointment. Those 65+ will receive the enhanced shot.
