Tuition Still Frozen At WCC For Fall

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (June 13, 2013) – Washtenaw Community College students who register early for the 2013 Fall Semester can still lock in tuition rates at last year's level.

Registering now thought August 1 for fall classes guarantees a zero percent tuition increase. Students pay $89/credit hour for in-district tuition and $142/per credit hour for out-district. After August 1, in-district tuition will increase $2 and out-district will pay $4 more per credit hour.

Washtenaw Community College, as with all community colleges, is a cost effective way to get a quality education, especially for the more than 20,000 students who enroll in WCC credit courses each year.

“I strongly encourage our current students and individuals interested in enrolling at WCC this fall to take full advantage of this opportunity,” said WCC President Rose B. Bellanca. “Ensuring that higher education is both affordable and accessible to our students is an important priority for us all.
