Pittsfield PD Promotes Howard to Sergeant in Operations Division

Pittsfield Township Police Department has promoted Joshua Howard to sergeant in the operations division.

Howard is a seven-year veteran of the department and has served as a field training officer, evidence technician, firearms/Taser instructor and a rapid response unit member.

Sgt. Howard earned a bachelor's degree from Liberty University and master's degree from Concordia University.
