18 people died on Michigan roadways since last week making a total of 150 this year. In addition, 72 more were seriously injured for a statewide total of 601 to date.
Compared to last year at this time there are 4 fewer fatalities and 27 fewer serious injuries.

Was the city os Saline not inspecting these units on an annual basis or why did this occur suddenly? I understand there was a chnage in ownership. More background information would be very helpful.
