Braun & Helmer will conduct an auction of the Torrey Estate at 7178 Noble Road, at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 13.

They'll auction off the three-bedroom ranch, which sits on two acres of property with a two-car garage at 10 a.m.
