Ron Schofield, one of the owners of Salt Springs Brewery in downtown Saline, talks about re-opening the patio and dining room at their establishment.

Salt Springs Brewery re-invented itself as a curbside pickup and delivery establishment during the COVID-19 restrictions that closed all of the dining areas in Michigan's restaurants. Many lessons were learned. But Schofield and his team are thrilled to have customers back in their establishment.

The customers were glad to be back, too.
